Non-Degree Applicants

Non-degree applicants are those that wish to take undergraduate courses without being enrolled in a degree-seeking program at Loyola.

Non-degree students often take classes for personal enrichment, professional development, or to fulfill prerequisites for a separate or future degree program. Courses are paid out-of-pocket and non-degree students are not eligible for Loyola scholarships.

Application Deadlines

The Non-Degree application will remain open through the published start date for each semester (Fall, Spring, and Summer). Non-degree students must have their application and all required documentation submitted in advance of the semester start date to be eligible to enroll in classes. Space in undergraduate classes is limited, and acceptance as a non-degree student does not guarantee a spot in a particular course - applying in advance of the semester start date is recommended.

Submitting Materials

Students should send application materials by email to transferadmission@loyola.edu.
