30-Minute Circuit Training
New to working out or maybe a seasoned pro? The first two weeks of the academic semester are always our busiest! During these two weeks, come visit with our Fitness Attendants or schedule a quick tutorial with our Personal Trainer, Sarah Hoff. Sarah will walk you through our new 30 minute circuit workout and even sign you up for a fitness consultation! Our 30 minute circuit is the fastest way to work out the whole body! Come try it out. You won't be disappointed!
Student Peer-to-Peer Personal Training
In January, the department of recreation and wellness is excited to kick off the spring semester highlighting our student Peer-to-Peer Personal Training program! For a discounted rate of 20% off of either our Silver, Gold, or Platinum packages, you can get 1:1 feedback and direction from our talented student personal trainers. Camp Greyhound
Beginning in summer 2022, Loyola’s Fitness & Aquatic Center will be offering a Recreational Summer Day Camp. We are very excited to introduce Camp Greyhound! Camp Greyhound is your traditional day camp with a twist. Using Loyola University Maryland's Recreation and Wellness facilities, Camp Greyhound offers an adventure, sport, and creativity camp all in one! Join us for an experience that has been created to allow campers to meet new interests, try new activities, and learn along the way. Camp Greyhound is for students entering grades 1-6.
