- Learners will synthesize knowledge distributed across courses to demonstrate discipline specific competence. 
- Learners will demonstrate knowledge of major concepts using tools appropriate to the discipline. 
- Learners will be able to demonstrate the ability to complete a research project using methodology and tools appropriate to the discipline. 
Critical Thinking and Analysis
- Learners will apply critical thinking, analytical, and technological skills to develop core business competencies and to make decisions that achieve organizational goals. 
- Learners will demonstrate ability to identify, explain, analyze, interpret, and present issues related to discipline-specific core business competencies
