Biography
Qiancheng Zheng received his Ph.D. in Finance from University of South Florida, M.S. in Statistics, Management and Political Science from University of Utah, M.A. in Political Science from Central China Normal University and B.A. in Political Economy from Hubei Normal University in China and is a SAS Certified Advanced Programmer.
Prior to joining 樱花动漫, Professor Zheng worked at UMass Lowell, Emporia State University, and University of South Florida, teaching many different graduate level finance courses such as Financial Management (MBA), Financial Statement Analysis (M.S. in Finance), Financial Analysis (MBA), and Programming for Finance (with Python) as well as undergraduate level courses such as Personal Finance, Personal Investing, Financial Management, Investment Analysis, International Finance, Principles of Investments, Financial Institutions and Markets, and Money and Banking.
Professor Zheng conducts research in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, strategic alliances, innovations, executive compensations, and corporate governance, and has published six peer-reviewed journal papers in International Review of Financial Analysis, Review of Quantitative Finance and Accounting, Journal of Marketing Development and Competitiveness, and Financial Management.
